E' cofondatore di R2M Solution s.r.l., R2M Solution ltd, BUP Solutions s.r.l., La Zenia s.r.l., Sentimetrix inc. (spin-off dell'Università del Maryland), VisioScientiae (spin-off dell'Università di Cagliari)

SESSIONE 8.

Deep Learning and Word Embeddings Created from Online Course Reviews for Sentiment Analysis

User generated data distributed over network infrastructures and services through social media (social networks, e-learning sites, blogs, etc.) represent the humus for the growth of community activities. As such, in this paper, we analyze online course review content related to the e-learning context in order to demonstrate how the use of deep learning and distributional semantic approaches trained on big, context-specific, datasets of reviews is more effective than the adoption of traditional machine learning regressors using general purpose textual resources for Sentiment Analysis.
