Avvocato esperto in diritto penale societario e delle nuove tecnologie. Ha prestato la sua attività professionale per alcune importanti società nazionali e internazionali nel settore IT. Ha conseguito un PHD in Digital Forensics all’Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca ed è docente di informatica giuridica presso l’Università degli Studi dell’Insubria. Ha frequentato in qualità di Visiting Scholar la Stanford Law School e la Fordham Law Law School di New York. Ha partecipato a numerosi convegni a livello nazionale e internazionale. È fellow del Nexa Center e del Cybercrime Institute.

Giuseppe Vaciago has been a lawyer of the Milan Bar since 2002, is Of Counsel at R&P Legal Firm and founder of LT42. For the last 10 years, his primary focus has been data protection and cybercrime. Academically, he received his Ph.D. on Digital Forensics from Università di Milano and he is a Professor at Insubria University where he teaches a course on IT law. He attended Fordham Law School and Stanford Law School as a Visiting Scholar and he is the author of many publications on cybercrime, including both scientific journals and textbooks.
