Telemetria, logging e alerting in GARR-T

Gianni è laureato in Informatica all'Università di Bari.

ABSTRACT

The increased size and complexity of the new GARR-T network has made it essential to design and implement a real-time observability system through the acquisition of logs and telemetric data aimed, on the one hand, to anomaly detection, on the other to support operators in the analysis and troubleshooting phases through a holistic view of the network (optical, packet and datacenter) but also detailed, up to the level of single device, link or interface. The presentation will describe the model, the architecture and technologies adopted underlying the system and the applied methodologies for data access and acquisition.
