stats.garr.net a new telemetry service for the GARR-T network
Laureato in Fisica presso l'Università di Roma "La Sapienza". Ha iniziato a lavorare in GARR nel 2003 nel NOC. Dal 2006 si occupa di sviluppo software orientato in particolare al monitoring e reportistica della rete e ai sistemi informativi. Dal 2014 è autore del progetto software INNI-MS “The Italian Neuroimaging Network Initiative (INNI) to optimize the use of advanced MRI techniques in patients with MS”, progetto di ricerca nato dalla collaborazione tra GARR e FISM (Fondazione Italiana Sclerosi Multipla). Attualmente fa parte del dipartimento infrastruttura e continua ad occuparsi di sviluppo.
Graduated in Physics at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". His working experience at GARR began in 2003 in the Network Operation Center - NOC. Since 2006 he's been engaged with software development focusing in particular towards network monitoring and reporting activity as well as informative systems.
Since 2014 he is the author the INNI-MS software project “The Italian Neuroimaging Network Initiative (INNI) to optimize the use of advanced MRI techniques in patients with MS”, a research project born from the cooperation between GARR and FISM (Italian Multiple Sclerosis Foundation). He is presently part of the infrastructure department and continues to engage with development.
ABSTRACT
In questo intervento presenteremo stats.garr.net, il nuovo servizio per la consultazione dei dati telemetrici sugli apparati e i servizi della nuova dorsale GARR-T. Stats.garr.net è parte fondamentale delle attività di monitoraggio di GARR-T. Durante la presentazione introdurremo le funzionalità principali discutendo l'architettura adottata e le tecnologie abilitanti.
In this presentation we will introduce stats.garr.net, a new tool for consulting telemetry data on the new GARR-T backbone's equipment and services. Stats.garr.net is a fundamental part of GARR-T monitoring activities. During the presentation we will introduce the main features by discussing the architecture adopted and the enabling technologies.
